Freedom to Public Organization

If it does not threaten the health and lives of people, any public organization makes us socially active, and this involves all people in solving the problems of the survival of our species, optimizes these attempts. We should not have obstacles to the creation of public organizations, including any regulations and classifications, financial requisitions. They serve only as an obstacle. People creating public organizations have already paid taxes, they do not have to pay anything else to the government. The registry entry does not cost anything for state.
